How do you make your wines?

Cha Cha Mouche wines are organically, biodynamically and sustainably farmed and produced in cool California and Gigondas, France. The wines are made with a light touch using open air, sunshine and letting nature take its course. They express the purity and clarity of Tarbell’s Cha Cha Mouche vision.

How long can I store my wine?

When it drops, it pops! Don’t save it, share it. Our wines are for right now. We age it, baby it, and launch to you when it's right.

Are your wines ok for specific diets?


Wine is naturally gluten-free, low in sugar, and acceptable for most specific diets including vegan and keto. We do not add sugar or artificial ingredients so open and enjoy.

Can I buy your wine without joining the Wine Club?

We produce a small amount of each wine and offer our wines exclusively through our Wine Club. We think of our Club as a Movement...the quarterly shipments are only part of the community and you can expect treats and goodies from time to time. We ship Quarterly in February, May, September, and November.

Where do I find each wine's tasting notes of joy?

Each shipment comes with fun facts, farm notes, grape history, and a recipe from Chef Mark! To access, click on the QR code in your box or go here.

Will Cha Cha Mouche ship to me?

How do I change my address?

Updating your address is easy! On chachamouche.com, look in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar. Click the person icon and log in. Click on the tab called "Addresses" and add your new address.

Do I need to be home to get my wine delivery?


Yes. By law, a 21+ adult signature is required for any shipment of
alcohol in the United States. If you are not usually home during the day, you can ship it to an office or select to have your wine shipped to a FedEx or UPS Store, where they will hold it for your pickup.

I missed a delivery attempt! What should I do?


You’re busy and this happens! Our carriers make 3 delivery attempts to your provided address. After the third attempt they will hold your package at a nearby pickup location for 5 days. You may contact the carrier with your tracking information and work with them to make other arrangements if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse.

If you miss your third delivery and the wine is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs, and any costs to ship it back to you. We hate having to charge for this, so please plan accordingly!

What’s your return and refund policy?


We are legally unable to accept returns of open wine. In addition, we cannot offer refunds for taste preferences. However, if you ever encounter a quality issue or a broken bottle, please let us know
right away and we will make it right!

Due to the possibility of storage or handling impacting the integrity of wine, our ability to replace or refund any bottles with speculated quality
issues lasts for 60 days after you receive your shipment.

What do I do if my package has been damaged or wine has leakedin the box?


It doesn’t happen very often, but since we don’t control the
shipment once we hand it off, it’s always a possibility. If your
wine is damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the damage at Sunshine@chachamouche.com
and we will send out a replacement ASAP.






WINE CLUB

How is Cha Cha Mouche different from other Wine Clubs?

Cha Cha Mouche personally hand-selects the vineyards and grapes we work with each vintage. We are similar to a winery club, but instead have the ability to create wines from different regions and varietals. Quality is our highest standard and we take an intimate approach to selecting, sourcing, and winemaking to craft exceptional wines. We know the product from vine to your doorstep. In addition,
expect random surprise packages from time to time when Chef finds something cool to share with you!

How frequently do I receive wine?


The Cha Cha Mouche Wine Club ships four times a year during cooler weather months. Most members are waiting in anticipation for their next shipment to arrive. You can expect extra treats and goodies from time to time, but we’ll let you know when they’re coming!

How many bottles do I get each shipment?


Each shipment is 6 bottles of delicious wine. That is enough to share, or only 2 bottles a month for our biggest fans.

How much is the Wine Club?

The Cha Cha Mouche Wine Club is $1,500 per year and includes shipping.

Can I skip a shipment?

Of course! You can pause up to two of your shipments per year at any time through our website on your Customer portal.

Can I gift a Wine Club Membership?

Absolutely!!!  We think a Cha Cha Mouche Wine Club is the perfect gift! Just select “This is a Gift” when signing up on our website.  You’ll be able to enter the recipients information and how many Club releases you would like to gift to them and all of the relevant information.  They’ll receive a special email letting them know that YOU just gifted them an amazing journey of Tarbell’s Cha Cha Mouche!
